BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Zvenia is an accomplished professional within the arenas of
both alternative medicine (with specialization in Sports Medicine,
Wellness and Cardiac Rehab.) and law. For historical notation purposes,
with what was happening in the field of alternative medicine and
to its practitioners (including himself) during the late 70's through
the latter part of the 80's, he went on law school. In the legal
arena, he specialized primarily in Federal Labor Law encompasses
OSHA (& MSHA), NLRB, as well as, FECA/OWCP - the Federal Worker's
Compensation program. Secondary legal specialities involved issues
pertaining to Social Security Administration, ADA/Disability Law,
Native American Law (including Class II Gaming), Trademark/Copyright,
all Alternative Healthcare matters including USDA & FDA, as
well as Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Dr. Zvenia is both, the Past Vice Chairman of the Labor &
Employment Practice Section and Co-Chairman of the Health Law Section
of the Federal Bar Association. Accordingly, within these specialized
areas of the law, Dr. Zvenia has had numerous articles published
within both the public safety and legal arenas.
Dr. Zvenia is the Secretary of the National Native American Bar
Association and Court Appointed Special Master for the Salt River
Pima-Maricopa Indian Community Court and Judge Pro Tem for the Cocopah
Tribal Court both located in Arizona.

Dr. Zvenia is currently the Training Commissioner and former Deputy
Chief of Training & Operations for Daggett Fire & Rescue
Service, Daggett, CA. His is active with the following Fire Chief
Organizations:
- ICHIEFS, ICHIEFS - Western Division, California Fire Chiefs Association,
and San Bernardino County Fire Chiefs Association. As Fire &
Rescue Agencies are heavily involved within the arena of EMS and
the risks/liabilities that are inherent in same, he is currently
tapped to be an adjunct professor in the area of Ethics for Loma
Linda School of Medicine's Paramedic Training Program. He is a former
Trustee for V.E.M.S.I., a Volunteer Ambulance Service (Intermediate
Level Provider) in So. Nevada and his additional qualifications
include being certified/recognized as an EMS Educator, Nevada EMT-Intermediate,
California EMT-I, Hazardous Materials Technician, Fire Sciences
Level I/II Instructor, OSHA/MSHA Instructor, plus is an ACLS/BLS
Instructor.
